I’m a fine artist, an illustrator, and a book lover. I’m a mood reader and admittedly obsess over books for their cover art just as much as their content! Although I enjoy a variety of genres, my favorites are romance and fantasy. (Who doesn’t love witty banter and a good slow-burn?) I am also the founder of Dite & Patra.

“Dite” and “Patra” refer to the Greek goddess, Aphrodite, and the Egyptian queen, Cleopatra.
Aphrodite was the goddess of love, passion, and beauty. Here on the blog, we fully embrace love stories, and strive to add love, romance, passion, and beauty into the world through the art that we make and the stories that we read. Cleopatra was an intelligent, strong, and powerful ruler in a world where the odds were against her. We hope that this blog can serve as a resource for inspiration and stories featuring growth, strength of character, and adventure, as we navigate life through the eyes of our favorite main characters.

These posts will still be available to you in our section called “Past Posts.” This can be found in the Contents drop-down menu in the sidebar. As we have grown and evolved since our inception, our focus has as well. From this point on, Dite & Patra posts will be decided on and written through an artist’s and a reader’s lens.
