All opinions and views mentioned on Dite & Patra are my own and they are mentioned for information, enjoyment and review purposes only. Everyone has their own opinions on a multitude of topics and these are my own. I do not wish to offend or insult anybody by what I write concerning certain books, products, places, or ideas; I am just offering my review and opinion. Some of these books, products, and suggestions that I have enjoyed and which work well for me may not work for you.
Reliability
My wish is to create a reliable and trustworthy source of information for all of my loyal readers and I will never be paid or incentivized to speak positively about a book or product, if I do not agree. I want my readers to feel as though they can trust what I say, and that they are not being sold products for the sake of it. I, too, am a blog reader, and I would hate to feel as though someone was lying to or misleading me; therefore I follow the exact same principal. I will be constructive in my opinions, but if I really dislike a book or product, then I will of course say so. In some cases, if I really dislike them, I will sometimes choose not to feature them entirely, as it would be a waste of my own time doing so, and also a reader’s time, reading them. I only feature books and items that I feel deserve to be featured here in some way or form.
Affiliates and Gifts
The items featured on this blog are all items that I love. I would never recommend, wear, or use something I disliked, or show you something here that I hated, so the fact that I’m showing and using said item shows that I love the item enough to show it or use it. I utilize affiliate commission services, including Bookshop and Skimlinks, to earn a percentage of commission on product sales, alike to the majority of bloggers in this industry. This site therefore uses cookies. The links or products used do not cost the buyer any more than they normally would – the commission is taken from the retailer via the commission platform, and therefore is a little thank you from the retailer, for introducing you to said product. Each individual blog post will declare the use of affiliate links in the integrated text if they are used, as well as declaring if the blog post has been sponsored. You will find these declarations within each post if applicable.
