Let’s explore the world! >>>
Suitcase Magazine // This is by far my favorite all-inclusive cultural read. (I have journeyed through NYC in snowy weather to grab n issue!) It is a travel magazine that features cultural articles focusing on different regions and countries, and each issue follows a theme. It usually includes packing lists and music playlists, among other segments. The articles are interesting and well-written; the photography is artistic and moody. And sidebar, this magazine feels totally luxurious to the touch. (Did you see the gold embossed title?!)
Let’s eat! >>>
Cuisine At Home // This is the best cooking magazine out there. The recipes never fail in preparation or flavor. There are no distracting advertisements or irrelevant articles. Instead, you will find clearly written recipes, enticing photos, and sophisticated menu ideas. Pay special attention to the holiday issues!
Let’s get crafty! >>>
Project Calm // I love this UK publication. It is filled with articles and artsy projects exploring creativity. With beautiful printed pages to pull out, glue together, and paint on, this magazine is a unique treasure trove of inspiration. The website is also great to explore! Unfortunately Project Calm does not offer a yearly subscription at the moment, but you can order individual issues online or find them in your local Barnes & Noble.
Daphne’s Diary // Published in the Netherlands, this monthly magazine is such a feel-good choice. Daphne’s illustrations are cheery and whimsical. The magazine features interviews, travel destinations, recipes here and there, and pretty printed paper tear-outs to inspire art projects!
Let’s get happy! >>>
Bella Grace // This is a beautiful and ethereal literary magazine that is published quarterly. Inside you will find essays, quotes, poems, and lists dedicated to finding magic in the everyday.
Field Guide To Everyday Magic // Another publication brought to you by the lovely people at Bella Grace. This quarterly publication is interactive! It is filled with journaling prompts for you to read, write, and reflect on. You’ll look forward to curling up with a warm drink and this journal.
The Happy Newspaper // Tired of only reading about the treacherous things happening in the world? Then this is the perfect subscription for you! Printed quarterly, The Happy Newspaper reports on only the happy, motivating, and hopeful news.
Let’s see what’s trending! >>>
Love Magazine // This monthly UK publication is a piece of pop culture. A large and super thick magazine, Love is filled with fashion, interviews, and photography that push the envelope.
Pop Magazine // Another monthly UK publication, Pop is also a thick fashion magazine much like its contemporary, Love. Look to this magazine for edgy editorials, interviews, and photography.
